SHIPPING POLICY
For the love of beauty caters to deliveries in both Australia and abroad.
If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes. If another courier option, they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at fortheloveofbeauty@hotmail.com
International orders are sent with Standard Airmail service. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally

All orders are shipped from our Melbourne shop within 1 business days
We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.
ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS

Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. For the love of beauty uses Standard Air Postage which includes tracking. If an alternative form of postage is required contact customer service to discuss options.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with a store credit or exchange which has no expiry date.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days (30 days internationally). Once the return is received, please expect up to 3- 5 business days to process your return into an exchange or store credit.
The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.
Please also note, we are more than happy to help with any issues to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to get back to you regarding your return. Once approved we will supply you with our returns form. Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure it reaches us safely.
